We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Site Manager for a FM Company – Industrial Housekeeping to lead operations at a major automotive manufacturing facility.
This is a high-responsibility leadership role requiring strong operational control, HSE compliance, and team management in a fast-paced industrial environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations across the entire facility
Manage and supervise 75+ manpower including supervisors, operators, and cleaners
Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and client requirements
Implement zone-based cleaning and machine-driven operations
Monitor and achieve KPIs (≥95% cleanliness, zero incidents, fast response times)
Coordinate closely with client representatives and production teams
Ensure no disruption to production activities
Handle incident response (oil spills, emergencies, contamination risks)
Maintain all documentation, reports, and audit records
Lead training, performance management, and workforce planning
🔹 Requirements
Minimum 5–8 years experience in Facility Management / Industrial Cleaning
Proven experience managing large teams (50+ staff)
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance systems
Experience in factories, automotive plants, or industrial facilities preferred
Hands-on experience with cleaning machines and operations
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under high-pressure, KPI-driven environments
Arabic & English communication required
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, etc.)
Experience working with international clients or large-scale projects
